ONCE UPON A TIME...
...there was this very nice guy... ...who always said...
A 1973 Brazilian born guy. So what's new? Maybe nothing, so you still have time to check for another page.
I was born in Manaus (where the hell is that?), in the Amazon forest, but luckily got out from there before the heat turned me in a kind of baked child.
By the age of 9 I moved to Brasilia, living there till the age of 23. Nice teenagehood with lots of friends who I love very much. I say that people are funny there. Well, they have to. Living in the middle of a desert with an artificial lake must have given these people some kind of outerspace imagination which make us have a kind of sense of humour nowhere else found. Life was really good then. But sweet innocence doesn't last long...
Moving to Sao Paulo in 1993 made me feel at the home I never had before.


"Honey! Work during daylight and live at night"

is the best way to describe my three years living there. Wonderful clubs, nasty people, money, lovers (?!?), drag-queens (no, I wasn't! I was a teacher...), etc. everything that gives life some direction. Which? So far I ask myself.
But we all need to grow up and stop spending money as kids.
From there to...Amsterdam. Not because of the Cannabis Sativa, nor because being gay is possible there. I just went for a visit and decided to stay. Well, the rest you may guess, work as in hell, some one-night-stands (actually lots!!!) and some boyfriends. None of them, worth mentioning.
But it was there that life took some meaning. Surrounded by lots of other little countries, one has to take the chance and visit them all. Or at least, try to learn something from them. I learned a lot, and a lot of them...
I made very good friends there, and like the in the Oscar, I'd like to thank them: Jonhn, Chica, Celsaranha, Jaysyanne, Claudio, Sergia, Marlene, Mauricio. And some others who I don't know for long and have come to my life.
